Terms of ServiceRETURN POLICY
Please read the following return instructions before placing your order with us. No exceptions will be made to these return policies. The main reason is that we do not sell refurbished products, we only sell brand new products to consumers. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept exchange within 7 days from receipt of merchandise with the terms below:
1): We only accept return for exchange for manufacturing or workmanship defect. All returns must have all accessories included as it was shipped from our warehouse in order to qualify for exchange. You must email us for RMA# (Return Authorization Number) prior to return. No return will be accepted without RMA# on the package.
2): Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs both ways when returning an item. 15% restocking fee will be applied if an item being returned is not related to manufacturing defect.
3): We are not responsible for your purchase if you ordered the wrong item. Initial and return shipping will be paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee will also be assessed if you want to return it. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to sending the merchandise back. Opened items cannot be returned. An item is considered open if the manufacturer's original package has been open or cut or the item has been removed from its original packaging for any length of time. If it is determined that item has been opened, the return will not be accepted.
4): All issues, e.g., a customer feels an incorrect item or model was shipped or the condition of item was not as described, must be reported to us within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package. If the issue is not reported within that time-frame, we will be unable to research and try to resolve the issue.
5): Exchange for defective items: Items that arrives defective may be exchanged for the identical item. Please e-mail us details of the problem and contact us for RMA#. We will send out a replacement item upon issuance of a Return Authorization and receipt of the defective unit. You will not be responsible for shipping when replacing a defective item.
6): Shipping damage: If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping, contact us within the next business day so that we can resolve the situation quickly. Please retain the item and all the original packaging materials so that you can send them back for a replacement item.
7): Cancellation requests can take up to a full business day to research and process. Your order may still ship according to your original instructions within this time-frame even if a cancellation request is submitted. Please contact your Seller to request a cancellation.
